Cliff graduated with honors from the University of Buffalo in 1982 and received a J.D. Degree from The John Marshall Law School in 1985. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, The American Bar Association and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Cliff resides in Westchester with his wife Judy, and their children Sam, Corinna and Roman.
