$2 Million Recovery - Driver Injured When Vehicle Struck by School Bus

Motor Vehicle Accident

WRSH partners Clifford Shapiro and Nicole Michelle Gill obtained a $2 million settlement at private mediation on behalf of a 41-year-old male client who was injured when his vehicle was struck by a school bus. Our client’s vehicle had entered an intersection when the school bus made a left turn across his lane of travel, colliding with the front of our client’s vehicle. The defendant claimed the accident occurred because our client was using his cell phone at the time and failed to yield the right of way. Our client underwent cervical fusion as well as bilateral shoulder and right knee arthroscopic surgeries. Partner Joseph Stoduto handled the case pre-trial.
