During her legal career, including time working at other preeminent personal injury law firms in New York City, Erin K. Hurley has handled numerous multimillion-dollar cases from inception to settlement in such areas as construction accidents, lead poisoning and other toxic exposures, product liability, negligent security, and defective highway design.

Erin has lectured at many continuing legal education seminars, including Decisions, the annual seminar sponsored by the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, as well as at national seminars regarding child lead poisoning, in addition to lecturing on the subject of toxic torts at the graduate school-level.

Erin previously served as both member and secretary of the Tort Litigation Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and also served as a member of that association’s State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction Committee. For several years, Erin was a member of the Editorial Board of Bill of Particulars, a publication of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and has also authored or co-authored articles about law practice issues and child lead poisoning, one of which was published in Trial, the national publication of the American Association of Justice.
