NY Ladder Fall
Carmine J. Goncalves and Erin K. Hurley reached an agreement to settle our client's case for $3 million. When descending a job-made ladder on a construction site, our client's foot slipped on an oily slippery substance on the rung, causing him to fall backwards to the floor. As a result of this fall, he suffered herniated discs in his neck, herniated discs in his back for which he underwent a one level lumbar fusion, SLAP tears in both shoulders for which he had arthroscopic surgery to only his right shoulder and surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee
