A partner at the firm, Carmine earned his undergraduate degree from New York University and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School. Today, his practice focuses primarily on construction accident cases, where he represents workers injured as a result of inadequate safety measures. He also represents individuals injured in motor vehicle collisions, by unsafe premises, and by defective products, tirelessly pursuing fair compensation for those whose lives have been upended by preventable harm.
