As the wife of a 731 Union Laborer, Tracy knows firsthand the importance of job safety and holding contractors accountable. Having obtained her OSHA 30, she is well versed in construction regulations and standards, enabling her to skillfully represent the men and women who build our city. Additionally, Tracy spent the first ten years of her career on the defense side, representing general contractors and owners in construction related accidents. This experience has provided her with the unique perspective of understanding defense strategies and knowing what insurance carriers look for in evaluating an injured worker’s case.
Tracy earned her Juris Doctor degree at Hofstra Law School and graduated cum laude with the distinguished Leon Stern Graduate Award in recognition of her trial advocacy. She has been continuously selected to the “Rising Stars” list by Super Lawyers, an honor reserved for attorneys that exhibit excellence in practice. Only 2.5% of attorneys in the New York Metro area receive this distinguished award, and Tracy has received it on an annual basis since 2015.
