New York Construction Accident
Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP attorney Tracy A. Kinneary secured a $1,500,000 settlement for a construction helper/cleaner who was injured when she fell down a permanent staircase at a construction site. As a result of the accident, the plaintiff sustained injuries to her right knee and right shoulder, both of which required arthroscopic surgery, along with documented neurological symptoms.
Although the plaintiff had no substantial prior work history, Tracy was able to develop the liability and damages proof necessary to resolve the case while plaintiff’s summary judgment motion was still pending before the Court.
