Frank has been litigating and trying cases to verdict in the New York and Federal District Courts for over 30 years, specializing in construction and Labor Law cases, insurance coverage litigation and other negligence actions including automobile, premises and products liability. He has successfully briefed and argued appeals in the New York Appellate Division, First and Second Departments, as well as the New York State Court of Appeals. Most recently Frank was successful in obtaining a jury verdict award in the amount of $8.3 million for a 38-year-old woman who suffered severe spinal cord injury in a motor vehicle accident.
