Ashley graduated salutatorian of her high school class before attending Ithaca College, where she graduated summa cum laude. She went on to attend Syracuse University College of Law. While there, she competed in multiple appellate and trial advocacy competitions, and her team made the final round of the Lionel H. Grossman Trial Competition, which was presided over by a panel of seated state, federal, and appellate court judges. She also worked as a Research Assistant, contributing to a faculty project that has been published in national publications such as The Atlantic Monthly. As a law student, Ashley worked for the Onondaga County Attorney’s Office and appeared on behalf of the County in multiple bench trials and oral arguments. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Glenn T. Suddaby, Chief United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York.

During her last year at Syracuse University College of Law, Ashley was recruited to work for a prominent and nationally recognized personal injury firm, practicing throughout New York City and upstate New York. During her tenure, she was promoted to Managing Attorney and she supervised numerous associate attorneys and support staff. She also pursued her passion of trial advocacy and was called upon to try cases for the firm throughout New York State. Ashley then moved to New York City, joining a well-respected plaintiffs’ firm in order to focus on trial advocacy and litigation in the boroughs. She was promoted to Supervising Attorney, and in that capacity Ashley assisted in the growth and development of the firm’s Personal Injury Department and client satisfaction.

Ashley was recognized for her various efforts and accomplishments as the recipient of the Premier Lawyers of America Top 40 Under 40 Award, an honor bestowed upon less than 1% of personal injury attorneys in the United States. She has also served as a board member of the Middletown Bar Association and as an active member of the Orange County Women’s Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, and New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Ashley joined Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, bringing this same high level of commitment and passion to advocacy and client satisfaction, which has set her apart.
