For over 11 years, Ross defended property owners and contractors in lawsuits brought under New York’s Labor Laws. His experience included everything from the initial emergency response following an accident through verdict. As a result of this experience, Ross has gained a keen insight into how construction site accidents are investigated, litigated and evaluated; an insight which he now uses to hold property owners and contractors accountable for the unsafe conditions existing on their worksites and to ensure his clients receive the maximum recovery.
Ross received his law degree from Hofstra Law School in 2008. He has been selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers every year since 2016, an honor reserved for the top 2.5% of lawyers in the New York Metro area.
