Attorney Michael Zisser recently obtained a settlement of $4,000,000 for a 56-year-old union steamfitter who fell several feet from a ladder while performing HVAC work at a hospital. Despite several liability issues in the case, Michael was able to obtain summary judgment by gaining favorable deposition testimony and using creative legal arguments. As a result of the accident, the plaintiff underwent a multi-level cervical fusion and could not return to work.
