Trip and Fall - Premises Liability.
WRSMH attorney, Michael Fitzpatrick obtained a settlement in the amount of $235,000 for our client, an 85 year old retired male who was walking in front of a dentist's office when he tripped and fell on a raised sidewalk. His son and others arrived at the scene to observe the defect and take him to the hospital where he was diagnosed with an acute cervical fracture with external rotation and upward displacement of the femoral shaft of the right hip. He underwent surgery for a fractured right hip and then underwent post-operative rehabilitation for one month.
