64 Year Old Sustains Wrist Fracture in Slip and Fall

She claimed that the front of the store was strewn with pieces of fruit and other debris causing her to slip and fall. The defendants moved for summary judgment, arguing they had no notice of any dangerous condition. WRSH attorney, Michael Fitzpatrick defeated the motion for summary judgment and the matter was scheduled for a trial. The matter was settled at mediation for 150,000.
