Client Slipped and Fell on a Large Puddle of Water
Kenneth Halperin and another WRSMH attorney were able to obtain a settlement in the amount of $750,000 on behalf of our client, a thirty-six year old woman from Bronx County. The woman was inside a fast food restaurant when she slipped and fell on a large puddle of water. As a result of the accident, our client suffered injuries to her lower back which required surgery. Prior to the trial of this matter, the firm was able to settle the case for $750,000.
