Bill Hepner settled this case at a mediation for $1.5 million. Plaintiff was the driver of a vehicle which was hit in the rear by a truck. As a result of the accident, plaintiff had a neck surgery. Lost earnings were not claimed, and the plaintiff had a couple of prior accidents with injuries for which he had lawsuits. Bill obtained summary judgment from the court on liability.
