Fractured Clavicle
Kenneth J. Halperin recently obtained a $400,000 settlement for a Police Officer that was injured in the line of duty. Our client was responding to an emergency call when his vehicle collided in an intersection with another Police Vehicle that was responding to the same emergency. Despite the fact that our client was unable to remember the accident and his partner testified that he proceeded through a red light we are able to show it was still the other Police Officer who was traveling at a high rate of speed that was primarily at fault for the happening accident.
As a result of the accident our client sustained a fractured clavicle that required several screws to hold in place after surgery. The case settled a few months prior to the scheduled start of trial.
