Motor Vehicle Accident/Pedestrian Knockdown
At the time of the accident, our client was crossing the street in the crosswalk when the defendant made a left-hand turn and struck him. Our client sustained a cervical disc herniation, which required him to undergo an anterior cervical discectomy. He also sustained a nasal fracture.
