WRSMH attorney William Hepner settled a case for $2.95 million dollars for an injured construction worker. The case settled after a second mediation. Plaintiff was injured when the extension ladder he was on collapsed while he was working. Defendants argued that the plaintiff was the sole proximate cause of the accident and summary judgment was denied by the lower Court. As a result of the accident, Plaintiff underwent surgery to his neck, back and shoulder.
