Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP attorney Lauren Pennisi recently obtained an $850,000 settlement for a then 46-year-old man who was injured in an intersection collision in the Bronx. Liability was disputed as both plaintiff and defendant contended each had the green light. As a result of the accident, plaintiff sustained injuries to his neck, back, and right knee and required a cervical instrumentation and fusion surgery at C5-6 and C6-7. The case was settled prior to trial after two mediation sessions.
