Trip and Fall on Pathway
WRSMH attorney, Michael J. Fitzpatrick recently obtained a $225,000.00 recovery for a woman who had fallen inside her apartment complex. The plaintiff, a 67 year old Russian Immigrant tripped and fell on a pathway in her apartment complex sustaining a non-dominant wrist fracture which was treated non-operatively and a non-dominant shoulder tear which was treated with arthroscopic surgery. Michael Fitzpatrick successfully negotiated a settlement on the day of jury selection in Kings County Supreme Court for $225,000.
