Thomas Brennan is a born and bred New Yorker who has nearly two decades of trial experience in the courts in and around the City. Thomas focuses his practice in the area of construction accidents and the Labor Law; he tries personal injury matters involving catastrophic injuries. A tireless advocate for his clients, Thomas has obtained seven-figure verdicts and settlements throughout the State of New York. Prior to entering civil litigation over a decade ago, Thomas worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where he spent a majority of his time prosecuting violent felonies in the Career Criminal and Major Crimes Bureau.
Thomas has previously worked as a trial attorney at a prestigious personal injury firm in New York City. He brings his skills in the courtroom and compassion for his clients into each and every case he handles to secure a favorable and just outcome. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University in the Bronx and his juris doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law. He is also a devoted father of two.
