WRSMH attorney Thomas “Tom” Pardo secured a $1 million dollar settlement for our client, a worker who injured his neck at work after falling down the stairs. The client was unable to sue his employer, who was primarily responsible for maintaining the premises. Still, despite the workers’ compensation bar, Tom was able to secure the settlement.
