NY Construction Accident
Congratulations to Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP attorney Jay Wechsler, who settled a construction accident case for $762,500. Jay’s client was a 38- year-old construction worker who was working as a laborer on a construction site in Westchester County when he fell from a scaffold. The client suffered cervical herniations which required surgery. Defendants were contesting liability and denying that the plaintiff fell from the scaffold. Jay was able to settle the case after a mediation.
