WRSMH attorney Douglas Milch obtained a global settlement of $2.75 million for a group of individuals injured in a Queens motor vehicle accident. The plaintiffs were injured when their automobile was struck from behind by a van in “stop and go traffic” on the Grand Central Parkway. The case was settled after Douglas was able to obtain summary judgment, by establishing that well after the accident, the van driver admitted to his supervisor that he struck the car while making a delivery.
