New York Construction Accident - Bricklayer Injury

WRSMH attorney Noah Katz settled a case for a union bricklayer in the amount of $3.8 million just prior to the start of trial. The case involved a construction worker who fell through a pipe scaffold system when the planks dislodged from under him. In addition to the unsecured planks, the worker was not provided with proper fall arrest equipment to remain secured and attached as he performed his work on the scaffold. As a result of the incident, our client sustained significant spinal injuries and was unable to return to work performing the same type of job.
