Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP attorney Victor Goldblum obtained a $1.5 million settlement for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Our client had stopped her vehicle at a red light when she was rear-ended by a truck. When the police arrived at the scene, the truck driver denied any contact had occurred. Victor received a court order directing the defendant to turn over their dash cam video, and it clearly showed contact. Our client suffered severe injuries to her neck and right shoulder, requiring surgery. After the video was exchanged, this matter was settled for $1.5 million.
