Douglas A. Milch, of Counsel for WRSMH recently obtained a $600,000.00 settlement for 60-year-old client who tripped and fell on an uneven carpet installed in a downtown, NYC office building. Douglas was able to reach a settlement by establishing that the defendants were responsible for the client’s shoulder injuries sustained in physical therapy after the subject incident and despite the client’s multiple decade history of prior injuries to her low back.
