Torn Cartilage & Bulging Discs in His Lower Back

The car our client was driving was rear ended by the defendants motor vehicle and, as a result, he suffered torn cartilage in his knee and multiple bulging discs in his lower back. Our client moved for and won summary judgment on liability and the case proceeded to trial on damages only.
The defendants refused to make an offer of settlement prior to trial. However, after taking the testimony of five doctors, Brielle was able to demonstrate the seriousness of our client's injuries.
