Luigi Izzo, an attorney at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, obtained a settlement in the amount of $950,000 on behalf of our client, a 52-year-old man from Long Island City, New York. Our client was stopped when he was reared-ended by a truck that was following too closely, causing a serious collision. As a result of the accident, our client suffered injuries to his neck and back which required surgical intervention.
