Icy Slip and Fall - Premises Liability
WRSMH secured a settlement of $250,000 on behalf of a 60 year old woman who was injured as a result of a slip and fall on snow and ice in Westchester County. As a result of the fall, the client sustained a fractured wrist which required surgery.
The defendants argued that there was a storm in progress and sufficient time did not pass to allow them to remedy the icy condition.
