WRSMH attorney Konstantin Burshteyn obtained a $500,000.00 settlement for his client who was the operator of a vehicle involved in a sideswipe collision with a pickup truck. Client sustained neck, back, shoulder, and knee injuries, some of which required surgery. Defendants contested liability in the matter, but ultimately tendered the entirety of their insurance policy prior to the parties’ depositions. There were passengers in the vehicle who, thanks to the efforts of our office, were able to divide the remainder of the pickup truck driver’s insurance policy.
