Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP attorney Konstantin Burshteyn obtained a $840,000 settlement for his client who was involved in a sideswipe motor vehicle accident. Our client, a front seat passenger with a number of prior and subsequent accidents, sustained injuries to his left knee, neck and back, ultimately requiring surgical intervention. Defendants contested their negligence in the matter and appealed a decision from the Supreme Court granting our client summary judgment on the issue of liability. The case was settled following a failed private mediation and before the case was placed on the trial calendar. The case was referred to WRSMH by a smaller New York City personal injury law firm.
