Congratulations to WRSMH attorney Jay Wechsler, who recently settled a motor vehicle case for $960,000. Jay’s client was 72 years old at the time of the accident. The case involved a side-swipe collision where both drivers blamed the other driver. Jay’s client suffered a torn ligament in his shoulder and cervical herniations, both of which required surgery. Jay obtained a trial preference for the client, given his age, and was able to settle the case prior to trial.
