Jay’s client was the operator of a vehicle that was hit in a sideswipe collision. Jay moved for and was granted Summary Judgment. Jay’s client suffered injuries to his neck, shoulder and knee and required a 1-level cervical fusion and arthroscopic procedures to his knee and shoulder. Case was venued in Suffolk County. Jay was able to settle the case at a pre-trial mediation.
