Douglas A. Milch, of Counsel for WRSMH, recently obtained a $510,000.00 settlement for 48-year-old Staten Island Resident, who injured her back in New Jersey motor vehicle sideswipe accident.
Douglas was able to reach this settlement by establishing that the client had exacerbated prior back injuries sustained in an earlier motor vehicle accident which resulted in a prior lawsuit a number of years prior to this accident.
