Congratulations to Wingate Russotti Shapiro Moses & Halperin, LLP attorney Jay Wechsler who recently settled a case for $450,000. His client was the operator of a motor vehicle that was involved in a contested side-swipe collision. He suffered injuries to his shoulder which required arthroscopic surgery and to his neck which required a percutaneous discectomy.
