NY Motor Vehicle Accident

Jay’s client was operating a vehicle which was struck in the rear by a commercial vehicle. Jay’s client suffered a herniated disc in his neck which required a cervical fusion and a herniated disc in his back which required a percutaneous discectomy. Jay was able to settle this case after he was granted summary judgment on liability.
