Rear-End Accident - Motor Vehicle Accident

The woman was stopped at a red light in Brooklyn when another motorist came down a hill and rear-ended her vehicle. Our client suffered injuries to her neck which required her to have surgery. Shortly after the start of the trial in this matter, the defendants reconsidered their position and Bryce was able to negotiate a settlement in the amount of $1,850,000.
