WRSMH attorney Konstantin Burshteyn obtained a $750,000 settlement for his client who was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Our client was rear ended in New York City when his vehicle slowed down for a traffic light. Our client, who was involved in a prior accident only two years prior, alleged an aggravation of the injuries to his neck and left knee, requiring a neck surgery. Defendants contested their negligence in the matter claiming that our client abruptly switched lanes and stopped short and on causation claiming that the accident could not have caused his injuries. The case was settled before it was placed on the trial calendar. The case was referred to WRSMH by another personal injury law firm.
