WRSMH attorney, Jay Wechsler, recently settled a case for an automobile accident victim in the amount of $700,000. Our client was the driver of a vehicle that was rear-ended. Jay moved for and was granted summary judgment on liability. Our client suffered an aggravation to a pre-existing back problem, which required minimally invasive surgery. The plaintiff made an excellent recovery after the procedure and only needed a brief stint of post-operative physical therapy. Even though the client was able to return to work after the accident and discovery had just commenced, Jay was able to obtain an excellent result at the very early stages of the case.
