Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP attorney Konstantin Burshteyn secured an $2,250,000 settlement for our client, who was a front seat passenger in a vehicle which was rear-ended while at a stop sign. Konstantin obtained a court order determining that the driver of the vehicle that struck our client’s car was 100% responsible for the crash.
As a result of the crash, our client sustained injuries to his neck, back, right knee, and right shoulder. His injuries required him to undergo a single-level cervical fusion and arthroscopic surgeries to his knee and shoulder. Konstantin resolved the action after a failed mediation and prior to the completion of depositions.
