Luigi Izzo, an attorney at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, obtained a settlement in the amount of $1,000,000 on behalf of our client, a 57-year-old man from Brooklyn, New York. Our client was a passenger in a motor vehicle that was struck by a van while pulling out of a parking spot.
