Parking Lot Premises Liability
Our client, an 81 year old woman, was injured when she tripped and fell on a broken and defective sidewalk abutting a commercial parking lot owned by large retail store. She sustained a left wrist fracture when she landed on her left wrist in an attempt to break her fall. The fracture was treated in an emergency room setting where it was casted.
