Congratulations to WRSMH attorney Jay Wechsler, who recently settled a motor vehicle case for $1,200,000. Jay’s client was struck by a vehicle being operated by a New York City Housing Authority employee. The client suffered a torn ligament to her knee and a herniated disc in her neck, both of which required surgery. Jay was able to settle the case at a mediation.
