Serious Chronic Injuries

Our client was driving her vehicle along a local roadway in Nassau County when another vehicle suddenly exited a driveway in front of her causing a serious collision. As a result of the accident, our client suffered injuries to her neck and lower back, although she had already been receiving medical treatment for chronic injuries to these parts of her body for several years prior to the collision.
