Client Suffered Multiple Herniated Discs In Neck
As a result of the negligence of the defendant, our client's vehicle was struck in the rear. Due to his injuries, our client, a 39 year old man, was unable to work for two years. The accident caused our client to suffer multiple herniated discs in his neck. After numerous injections, which failed to relieve his pain, our client underwent a surgery known as endoscopic discectomy. The attorneys for the defendants alleged that the herniated discs were all pre-existing.
