Shoulder Injury Requiring Surgery
WRSMH obtained a settlement on behalf of a fifty-five year old man from New Jersey. The man was crossing the street in midtown Manhattan when he tripped and fell on an area of roadwork excavation that was not properly restored and repaved. As a result of the accident, our client suffered injuries to his shoulder requiring surgery. Just prior to the trial the firm successfully settled the case for $325,000.
