New York Construction Accident - Ladder Fall Injury
The firm obtained a settlement of $450,000 in a case involving a 70-year-old roofer who fell from a ladder while working. The plaintiff sustained injuries to his neck and back, including two thoracic vertebral body fractures that did not require surgical intervention.
