Attorney Stephen D. Wagner III obtained a settlement of $450,000 in a case involving a 70-year-old roofer who fell from a ladder while working. The plaintiff sustained injuries to his neck and back, including two thoracic vertebral body fractures that did not require surgical intervention. Since plaintiff’s need for treatment resolved shortly after the accident, Stephen was able to resolve this case very early on in the litigation.
