WRSMH attorney Frank J. Lombardo obtained a settlement during a private mediation, prior to trial. Our client, a 31-year-old laborer, fell approximately 14 feet from a ladder while installing drywall at a skylight. The plaintiff sustained a closed reduction right lateral distal radius fracture and returned to work in four months.
Defense counsel contended that the plaintiff’s injures were not permanent in that he did not have any residual loss of range of motion or strength, and returned to work in four months performing the same pre-accident employment.
