Douglas A. Milch, of counsel for WRSMH, recently obtained a $850,000.00 recovery at jury selection in Brooklyn for a 36-year-old Queens County resident whose vehicle was struck by the defendant's automobile, which entered an intersection without properly scanning for oncoming traffic. The plaintiff was required to undergo surgery to her cervical spine and knee.
